How Do I Know If I’m Pregnant? 

A missed period is the most common pregnancy symptom, but it is not the only symptom. Each pregnancy is unique, including the symptoms involved. Some of the symptoms you may experience, but is not limited to include the following: 

  • Tender, swollen breasts
  • Nasea 
  • Food aversion or cravings 
  • Fatigue 
  • Mood swings
  • Spotting or cramping
